When you think of success,
like the new clothes you have bought,
a splendour display of greatness,
a mark of grand accomplishment !

the parade you walk at front,
the photos taken non-stop,
to immortalise your presence at the event!
When you think of success,
the seat at the VIP table,
the spread of best groumet dishes,
to dine in the company of greatness!
But the day of truth will come,
Like the Emperor's new clothes,
The cry of the little voice:
You are naked and cheated!

As you walk on lonely path,
Noone give you a glance,
You are just as ordinary!
But the day of truth will come,
You have to dine alone,
Bland food with no taste,
You are just plain lonely!
